He has providing consultancy more than 100 Societies for Self & Re Development projects from the date of appointment till member get possession of new Flats in New Building.

He has also delivered numerous lectures at seminars and workshops on aspects of government programs like the Amnesty Scheme, redevelopment/self-development, and conveyance/deemed conveyance. He has received numerous awards in recognition of his knowledge and expertise.
